At ERLS you will deal directly with the decision maker and have an immediate answer with just one phone call. We will work hard to find a payment plan that best fits your needs.
No lengthy escrow period. At ERLS we believe in immediate land ownership. Once you sign the electronic contract and make your required electronic deposit, the land is yours. Enjoy all the benefits of land ownership. You may even qualify to have the interest on your payments tax deductible.
There are no pre payment penalties. Pay off your loan early and save on interest. No hidden fees like, buyer’s premium, documentation fees, processing fees, accounting fees, no hidden fees at all. We offer Fixed Rate Interest Financing up to 30 years if needed. Just like buying a home with a fixed rate.
The buying process is simple. First call or email to discuss the terms that best suit you. Once all parties have agreed on the land and terms, a contract will be emailed for your viewing. If the contract meets your approval follow the signing procedure. As soon as all the signatures have been finished, the contract is done. A copy is sent directly to ERLS, and you may save a copy for yourself on your computer. The next step would be making your agreed down payment. This is done on our “Make a Payment” page. Just enter the dollar amount and continue on to finish filling out your credit card information. As soon as this is completed, the land is yours.
Your monthly payments can be made using the same payment method as used in your initial down payment. If you like, we could set you up on a recurring monthly payment using the same credit card information. These other monthly payment methods are also accepted personal checks, cashier’s checks, money orders, direct deposit, and disbursements. Just let us know what works best for you.
